Leslie (Whitten) Baughman, MA, LMFT License #MFC41380
Licensed Marriage Family Therapist

For over two decades, I've been dedicated to helping parents and children feel more connected and supported. My work blends practical tools with research-based approaches; whether working directly with families, supporting other therapists, or consulting with clinics. No matter the setting, my goal is always to meet families where they are and help them make progress in ways that feel manageable and meaningful.
My PCIT certification is through UC Davis CAARE Center, a nationally recognized leader in PCIT training, research, and implementation. While the CAARE Center model was originally developed to support children with trauma, it is highly adaptable and effective for all families looking to improve their child's behavior and strengthen their relationship.
My practice is based in the Greater Sacramento area, and I provide online therapy (teletherapy) to families throughout California, including the Bay Area, Southern California, and rural/remote areas of the state.
