Initial
Consultation

It's common to have questions about therapy! And it's equally important to make sure we're a good fit and that I'm able to meet your needs. I offer a free 15 minute initial consultation by phone to assist in your decision making process.

Rates

My fee for a 45-50 minute session is $175. Payment is due at the time of service via a secured online card processing service. Credit, Debit, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards are all accepted.

Insurance

I do not accept health insurance, however I am considered an "Out of Network Provider" and will provide a receipt documenting diagnostic code, treatment codes, and payment received (aka a "superbill") at your request.
If you have a PPO insurance plan with Out Of Network benefits, and your health insurance company has authorized you to do so, you may use this payment document to request reimbursement from your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance company in advance to determine if this is an option, and to learn about other important factors such as: will they reimburse for telehealth services, what is the deductible you need to meet prior to receiving reimbursement, what percentage of service fees that will be reimbursed, how much of a co-pay will they withhold from your reimbursement, what is their processing time-line, and what are their procedures for successfully obtaining reimbursement.

FSA and HSA Accounts

I accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards if you have an account through an employer and your therapy services are authorized (please check with your company prior to using your card).

Payments Accepted

Payment is due at the time of service and the following payment options are accepted:
Debit Card
Credit Card
Flexible Spending Account (FSA) debit card
Health Savings Account (HSA) debit card

Good Faith
Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, which includes mental health care.
  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, which includes mental health care.
  • You can also ask your healthcare provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers.
